2018+ Stinger 2.0 Maintec Performance Intercooler Kit

Front mounted intercooler and aluminum charge pipe kit for the 2018+ Stinger 2.0 gasoline model.

Intercooler kit made by Maintec , and all parts are designed and manufactured in Korea.

Without any other modifications, you can expect an increase of 20~25 horsepower increase due to the cooling and increased efficiency of the kit.

Core size is 600mm x 200mm x 76mm, which works out to roughly 23.6 X 7.9 X 3.0 inches.

Installation will take 30~40 minutes for an experienced professional, but should only take an hour or so for a novice. Brackets for installation are included and no modifications will have to be made, as brackets will all bolt-up to existing bolts.

The kit includes the intercooler, the hot piping, cold piping, as well as all clamps and silicone couplers needed for installation. The last pipe that attaches to the throttle body is not included as it's too difficult to change out, and there's no appreciable difference in performance with it in, so Maintec has elected to sell the kit without that last pipe to facilitate installation.

You can also purchase the optional Speedy BOV that is CNC-machined from billet aluminum, made in Korea. The Speedy BOV is an extra US$240. We can also ship without the BOV but with HKS-type flange or TiAL-type flange. Please choose what you want from the dropdown menu above.
