2016+ Tucson 2.0 Diesel Performance Intercooler Kit

Front mounted intercooler kit for the 2016+ Tucson 2.0 Diesel model.

All parts are designed and manufactured in Korea.

Without any other modifications, you can expect an increase of 15~20 horsepower increase due to the cooling and increased efficiency of the kit.

Installation will take 30~40 minutes for an experienced professional, but should only take an hour or so for a novice. It is recommended that you weld the brackets onto the bumper reinforcement, but you can make do with drilling holes in the bumper reinforcement and bolting the brackets on.

This kit is designed only for the Tucson diesel model that is turbocharged from the factory.

As image above illustrates, the Tucson intercooler core is sized at 500mm X 215mm X 75mm.

The kit includes the intercooler, the hot piping, cold piping, as well as all clamps and silicone couplers needed for installation.
