The trunk brace stiffens the chassis by tying three points together, in the trunk, reducing body flex, but more importantly, increases chassis rigidity, resulting in more precise and neutral handling.

You will need to weld on a bracket on the trunk floor. You will need to trim a little bit of the interior trim pieces for the bar to pass through.
