2011-2016 Accent Bolt-On Turbo Kit

Shark Racing Bolt-On Turbo Kit for the 2011-2016 Accent.

This kit will only fit the 2011-2016 Accent with the 1.6 Gamma GDi engine.

Kit includes the following:

• Fully hand-made stainless steel turbo manifold
• Fully hand-made stainless steel down pipe
• TD05-14G turbo
• Aluminum intercooler
• Turbo head gasket - lowers compression ration to 8.5:1
• In/out oil hose set
• Turbo MAP sensor
• Heat range 8 spark plugs
• SPEEDY aluminum blow-off valve (optional)

All components are made in Korea, with the exception of the spark plugs.

Price is US$3300 including air shipping. If the optional BOV is included, price is US$3500. The BOV has an HKS-style connector flange, so you can buy a genuine or replica HKS BOV if you choose.

You will have to fabricate the aluminum piping going from the turbo to the intercooler and intercooler to throttle body, as we do not have these pipes available.

This kit will produce about 190~200 horsepower at the wheels, which would translate to around 230~240 horsepower at the engine, for manual transmission cars, and about 5~10% lower for automatic transmission cars.
