2010-2013 Soul 1.6 Big Bore Throttle Body

The new 2010-2013 Soul Big Bore Throttle Body is a remanufactured OEM unit. Will only fit the 1.6 non-turbo gamma engine.

We buy a new throttle body from Kia, modify it by increasing the bore by 4 mm to 60 mm. The factory unit has a 56 mm bore size.

Modified by a specialty tuner that specializes in race cars, and tested extensively on numerous race cars in Korea.

The throttle body will ship without the input and output coolant line ports. The ports are for cars in extremely cold climates to prevent the throttle body from freezing, but this is only needed for extreme cold climates  The vast majority of cars will not need the coolant lines, and in fact many people bypass the coolant ports even if their TB has the ports. You can connect the hoses into each other, bypassing the throttle body in this case.

Due to the popularity and custom nature of this item, it may take up to 3~4 weeks to arrive after the date of the order.

Please disconnect the battery before installing, as failure to do so may result in an engine code. You may need to also have the ECU recalibrate for the new throttle body, so please follow the following procedure if you install it and get engine codes. This will not affect any tuning that you may have done to the ECU.
