Site Policies

• Prices subject to change without advanced notice.
• For credit card payments, because Shark Racing uses a credit card processing company based in Korea, the charge that appears on your credit card bill may be slightly different from the price that you charged on the site for orders. This is because of fluctuating exchange rate between the Korean Won and US Dollar. In most cases, the difference in cost will only amount to a a few tenths of one percent, but there is the possibility that the difference may be higher. If the difference is more than 2% of the price of the order, Shark Racing will grant store credit for the amount of the difference to the customer.
• All sales are final and all products are sold "As-Is" to buyer. Some products, like body kits and some spoilers, may require modification when fitting. This is normal for fiberglass products.
• Some items may be legal for off-road use only. Please check local statutes concerning legality and compliance. Shark Racing cannot be held responsible for any tickets or other legal consequences resulting from the use of our products. Install the products at your own risk.
• Shortages and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Damaged products that arrive in damaged packaging must be taken up with the freight carrier. Do NOT sign "package received in good condition" without first checking the contents.
• Returned products must be in new and unused condition. All returns are for credit or exchange only. We do not pay freight charges incurred on return of items.
• A restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged on returned items at the sole discretion of Shark Racing.
• If a product becomes defective within 30 days of receiving the product, the buyer may return it for a full refund or immediate replacement. Before the refund or replacement can be sent out, we must have proof of defect. Depending on the case, proof of damage or defect can be proven by a simple photo of the damaged items. Other cases might require us to examine the product before refund can be given.
• Returns will not be accepted for special order items or large-sized items such as body kits or spoilers. Returns will not be accepted for electrical items that have been installed, mounted or used.
• Once a refund is approved, the maximum time it will take to show up on your credit card, or recieve a check, is 15 business days. If this time has passed, please contact SR to inform them.
• Shark Racing assumes no liability for costs (labor or otherwise) or inconvenience incurred as a result of incorrect or mislabeled parts. It is the end users responsibility to check for fitment before installation.
• Shark Racing assumes no liability from typographical errors or errors in pricing information which may exist on the site.
• Shark Racing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Shark Racing makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the operation, contents, information, or materials contained therein. You agree that Shark Racing, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the Shark Racing website or its products. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
• All orders placed with Shark Racing (internet, mail & fax) constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed above.
